BC6085 BC60100 Mechanical type shaping machine
Main features:
1. The worktable can about rotate angles, meanwhile, it isequipped with horizontal and lifting mechanism for planing inclined plane which enlarge its using scope.
2. It is convenient to adjust feedings and change tool path by adopting cammechanism as feeding system.
3. The shaper has installed protections against overloading inside the toolpath system, due to careless operation or external influences and overload cutting,the blade will slide automatically, non-destructive parts will work toensure the normal operation of the machine.
4. The RAM, rail bed, speeding gear and major sliding guide are all lubricatedby the oil pump.
5. The shaper has parking brake mechanism, therefore, it is unnecessary to cut off electric power when changing speed, starting and stopping the machine
