1.1.1. The grinding wheel designed in cantilever type, and its spindle adopted multi-plate long bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearing.
1.1.2. Cantilevered regulating wheel, the spindle supports solid bearing sliding with 1:30 taper.
1.1.3. Use lubricating oil alone on the spindle.
1.1.4.The regulating wheel feed slide is supported on Flat-V hydraulic unloaded guideway.
1.2. Electric control
1.2.1.AC frequency converter is used for regulating wheel speed control .
1.2.2.Hydraulic transmission & stepless speed regulation are adopted on regulating wheel & grinding wheel dresser.
1.3. Machine design and body
1.3.1.Equipped automatic plunge device in the grinder.
1.3.2. Iron casting with high rigidity, natural aging.
2. Main Application:
The grinder is mainly used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical surface and ring-type parts, as well as for plunge-cut grinding of various stepped, cones that the conicity less than 1:20 and cylindrical surfaces semi-automatically or automatically .
