The machine tool bed and table adopts flat v type plastic sliding guide. The reciprocating movement of working table adopts the independent hydraulic station drive, continuously viable, convenient operation. Oil station equipped with oil cooling device, oil temperature of system is stable.
The grinding head transverse motion adopts flow linear guide, ball screw transmission, vertical motion adopts rectangular slide rail, the servo motor, vertical worm gear reducer, ball screw drive, can use electronic handwheel knife and micro feed.
The machine’s vertical guide rail adopts automatic continuous lubrication. Vertical and horizontal rail and screw adopt automatic centralized lubrication.
Cooling box equipped with magnetic separator filter coolant circulation.
