FSG-800 Series column mobile surface grinder
Standard features:
l Double walled column structure, provide high rigid support. Adopt counterweight balance, make the spindle move stably, and reduce the load of the lead screw, keep the accuracy for a long time.
l Independent, large capacity integrated hydraulic tank,standard equipment with air cooling and press-urizer , isolate head and vibroseis . to provide excellent power for precision grinding.
l High rigidity rectangular guide-way is designed on vertical motion, and coat with TURCITE-B belt, to get low coefficient friction
l Flat- V guide-way are adopt on longitudinal and cross way to get good guidance quality, and coat with TURCITE-B belt, precision handscraping to keep stable work accuracy.
l AC servo motor drives on cross and vertical motion. MPG (electronic hand wheel ) replaces the tradition mechanical hand wheel, which can higher accuracy and easy operation
l Adopt hydrostatic bearing for the spindle to get high rigidity (high precision folling nearing for export), together with 18.5kw motor to provide strong power, apply to the heavy duty machining. Spindle rotation is supported by rigidity oil film, no wear, ensure the lonh-time precision and life
