1. Basic characteristics of machine tools
GMC1630 gantry machining center is based on the most popular international, advanced, flexible machine tool design concept development, suitable for aerospace, shipbuilding, power generation, military, heavy machinery, locomotives, machine tools, textile machinery, printing machinery, automotive panel molds and other industries of large-scale machining.The high strength, high rigidity design of the machine tool and the structural characteristics of the large flow chip removal channel make it particularly suitable. It is used for high-speed machining of various metal materials including titanium, tool steel and so on.  in metal cutting of gantry machine tool, and fully meets the needs of CNC machining of various kinds of precision parts such as basic large parts, plates, discs, shells, dies and so on. The workpiece can finish milling, boring, drilling, reaming, rigid tapping and other processes continuously with high precision and high efficiency after one clamping, which meets the most challenging machining requirements of various industries.

2. machine tool features


High strength HT300 inoculated cast iron with resin sand moulding and reasonable rib structure are adopted in major castings, which have good rigidity and strong stability. In addition, after annealing and long-term natural aging treatment, the residual internal stress can be eliminated to the greatest extent to ensure the long-term high precision and service life of the machine.   High rigid base: the internal rib height of the base adopts V-shaped structure design, which greatly improves rigidity, wide bearing surface, and maintains the best dynamic horizontal accuracy at the maximum load; the scrap groove and the base are formed in one body to strengthen the mechanical rigidity, increase the stability of the machine tool during processing, and there is no doubt of water leakage. Stepped sliding seat: widened slideway design, the center of gravity of the head is close to the center of the beam, to achieve the best kinematic accuracy and heavy cutting ability, highlighting the unique high stability.Increase the columns, beams, box-shaped reinforcement design, strengthen mechanical rigidity, effective suppression of vibration generated by processing.

C3 grade ball screw, zero backlash and high rigidity, fixed support at both ends, pre stretching. Rigid structure, good thermal stability and good accuracy. X, Y axis Taiwan silver fine P class (precision class) linear guide, Z axis hard rail, with wear-resistant high-grade fluoride resin (using the United States TURCITEB wear-resistant sheet), with low resistance, low friction coefficient and vibration damping characteristics, to ensure the whole machine moving speed, rigidity and machine accuracy. Imported bearings from Japan NSK high precision angle bearings, 4 pairs of bearings per shaft design, greatly improve the processing stability.

3. The machine tool power supply is 3_380V 50HZ of three-phase four-wire system; the allowable fluctuation value of power supply voltage: + 15%; the allowable fluctuation value of power supply frequency: + 1%. The machine tool must be grounded safely with a separate cable, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms; the gas source: 0.4-0.6 Mpa, and the ambient temperature range of the machine tool workshop should be 17-25 degrees Celsius. The daily temperature difference is within The machine tool is installed in a workshop far from the source of earthquake, heat source and heat flow, and its vibration is below 0.5G (G is gravity acceleration).
