Structural features of the machine tool
1. Bed:
35° inclined design, using HT300 cast iron resin sand casting, thermal treatment, small deformation, high stability, rigidity and torsion resistance, high precision and wear resistance.
2. Spindle box:
Adopt Taiwan sleeve spindle unit structure; the entire spindle accessories are assembled after strict selection and run and tested in a constant temperature room, thus ensuring the high precision and high stability of the headstock.
3. Feed system:
The feed system uses servo motor and drive device, which has the advantages of wide speed regulation range, fast dynamic response, and stable low-speed operation.
The AC servo motor directly drives the longitudinal ball screw and drives the transverse ball screw to realize semi-closed loop control of the whole machine.
The X and Z axes use preload to eliminate the gap, which improves the rapid movement speed and positioning accuracy of the X and Z directions.
4. Slide plate:
This machine adopts Yintai C3-level linear rails. The guide rail surface and ball screw are lubricated by a timed and quantitative lubrication system. The lubrication system uses a Becher quantitative distributor.
5. Turret:
The turret adopts the Xiangqin servo power turret, which can ensure the reliability of the machine tool''s rigid cutting and milling.
6. Second spindle
The second mobile spindle B axis (spare axis) docks and clamps the workpiece to process the reverse side of the workpiece.
7. Machine tool protection, lighting and cooling system
The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed protective cover.
The machine tool is equipped with a lighting device.
The machine tool is equipped with a set of cooling devices.
8. CNC system
Siemens 828D full set of bus milling compound system. The CNC system has linear interpolation, circular interpolation, tool position compensation, tool radius compensation, clearance compensation, thread cutting, milling, etc.。
