High strength HT300 inoculated cast iron with resin sand moulding and reasonable rib structure are adopted in major castings, which have good rigidity and strong stability. In addition, after annealing and long-term natural aging treatment, the residual internal stress can be eliminated to the greatest extent to ensure the long-term high precision and service life of the machine. The machine tool power supply is 3_380V 50HZ of three-phase four-wire system; the allowable fluctuation value of power supply voltage: + 15%; the allowable fluctuation value of power supply frequency: + 1%. The machine tool must be grounded safely with a separate cable, and the grounding resistance should be less than 4 ohms; the gas source: 0.4-0.6 Mpa, and the ambient temperature range of the machine tool workshop should be 17-25 degrees Celsius.
